What will be the legal fee for sale deed registry and actual registry for a property worth ₹4571400 in Kolkata?

As per the details provided by you my suggestions would be that Stamp Duty applicable for registration is 6% of the total Market Value and 1.1% of the Market Value is applicable for registration fee, in total 7.1% of the total market value is applicable and officially paid to the Registry Office for the registration of the sale documents.
