Legal Concern Regarding Property Transfer Under Suspicious Circumstanc

My uncle received property through a Godnama. He had two daughters, but during his illness (peripheral neuropathy), his son got documents signed making himself sole heir. My uncle couldn’t walk or talk properly at that time. We suspect manipulation. As per Hindu Succession Act, his daughters have equal rights. Please guide on how to challenge this transfer legally and protect their share.is Godnama property considered as ancestral

godma property is fine you want a share you have to suit of partition the property has to have title deed all the daughters have equal rights you have to see the court regarding the godnama as thr property is ancestral
