Lease agreement between mother and son can siblings claim
27-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My mother owns a vacant land in not-authorised colony in Delhi, which was purchased by her through money earned by my father. I want to build the house and lease it to tenants and share earning with my mother for say 50 year, 90 years etc. Can we both enter into some kind of agreement and protect each other from claim. FYI, I have three sibling. Is there any standard agreement for this situation?
yes you can enter into an agreement with your mother in this respect with this. It is you and your mother's choice to add your siblings in the said agreement and sharing of rent. but in the later stage you might face problems in this respect from your siblings.
