Layout map in sale deed what is the remedy

Layout dt 10.9.08 with collector order is attached is to my registered sale deed. However deed says that layout was revised and revision order dt 13.8.12 was passed by collector. Title certificate also says that. But that order is not attached to deed!
-Layout plan bearing date 10.9.08 shows my plot no. 184 with dimensions 18.08 x 17.84 which equals to 322.55 sq mtrs. and not 325 sq mtrs!
- THE TABLE area statement shows 325 sq mtr
MTR challan for stamp duty payment and market value computation sheet attached to deed, both show correct area of 325 sq mtrs. The sale deed deed too shows.
layout of 13.8.12 dimensions of layout plan is 336 sq meters and the area statement is 325 sq meters. This layout is not attached in sale deed.
What does this mean. What is the remedy. Will it affect my future sale or will is face issue with authorities for transfer of documents in my name etc

1. Approach the collector and rectify it;
2. Yes it can affect your future transactions and the area dispute can create problems;
3. Ask the collector office to measure it again and pass a fresh new order;
4. Consult a local lawyer and start the process.
