Laying of power transmission lines in my agriculture fields

Aptransco, did a survey and planted marking sticks in my 3acre agriculture fields. They r going a erect a tower right at the centre. 132 kW power line.What shd I do to stop them. Can I file a writ. Is there any way to survive the section 10 of telegraph act, as this is what they r invoking as understood from my research. Please help.

Firstly, did AP TRANSCO issue any notice to you before the proposal of erection of the tower ?
Secondly, did you give representation to the department stating that that land belongs to you ?
Thirdly, yes a writ petition can be filed and court has the power to pass interim orders to stay such an operation, if notice is not issued and due process of law is not being followed the department.
