law of limitation applicability in continous cause of action

i own a joint freehold flat in delhi along with my brother from 2006 onwards which has a registered RWA.
monthly maintenance, annual property tax, house repair and electricity charges average around 8000/- per month i am paying fully by cheque, total is 15 lacs.
My brother lives separately he locked up his claimed portion of the flat.
can i claim entire amount payable by brother since 2006 legally? law of limitation does not apply in case of continous cause of action month my month.
