If water supply in any area is not regular then who is responsible for it? landlord or tenant?
It is the landlord who will provide certain amenities to the tenant including electricity , sewerage or tap water supply. In your case if the facility of water supply was earlier provided to you and now it became irregular then the landlord is responsible and you can approach RENT CONTROLLER OF THE AREA.
