land lease for petrol company. How to proceed ?

we have a land 40 guntha in khopoli , maharashtra. Land has names of my two brother and 5 sisters ( I am one of the sister ) ( This land came to us after death of our father and mother ) We all sister and brothers are married. one of my brother wants to operate a pertol pump by giving this land on lease to a petrol pump company.' 1. What should be our legal position and demand from him. 2. Which documents we should demand from him for the verification. 3. How can we verify lease amount offered by company ?
All your bothers and your married sisters including you will have equal share in the said property. Therefore the lease amount should also get divided equally between all of you. All of you have to agree to it mutually to avoid any further complications. Make sure all your names are there on the 7/12 records.
