Ghar ko banwane me papa aur hum teen Bhai ka pura paisa lga hai Sirf zameen papa ne maa ke Naam se kharidi thi.likin choti bahan ka divorce ho chuka hai 2017 me usne maa se puri wasiyat apne Naam kerwa li hai.aur maa bhi hum logo ko Ghar se nikaalna chahta hai humara sab paisa is Ghar me lag gya hai.ab samajhme nhi aarha hai Kya ker zameen maa ke Naam per hai.
If you, your brother and your father are able to show the transaction or proof of payment through authentic source of income then, it is not governed by benami transaction, thus, it is allowed. Which means, that you can claim your share in the said property as you reserve the said right to claim your share. As according to section 9A(iii) of THE BENAMI TRANSACTIONS (PROHIBITION) AMENDMENT ACT, 2016,
