Land grabbers claiming property ownership

Hi, my father owns a revenue land in bangalore. This was bought from a person who held POA but not from actual.owner. This was done 20 years back. Land was registered 6 years ago. We have B khata of the land with tax receipts. Now a group of people are claiming that they have bought this land from owner last year. Please suggest what can do next to retain land ownership if what they are saying turns out true.
You need to approach the civil court with your claim that you have purchased that land 20 years ago and registered the land 6 years ago in your name with the person holding POA to sell that land which was issued by the owner of the land. You need to prove in the court that your purchase was a valid one.
