Land encroachment case dismissed by the court

enchroachment of 62 R land by neighbors since 25 years.court comissioner measured the land&submitted the map to Jmfc,mehkar but instead of court watap order,jmfc dismissed the case.please help,Thank you.
Without spairing time you should immediately lodged an FIR against the said person for criminal trespass and encroachment. You must also issue a legal notice. Similarly you can initiate a civil proceeding against the said person.
