Land conveyance if amalgamated land already sold how to proceed

Intial project was 590sq mt land with 11 flats, later amalgamated with adjecent land of 370sq mts 3 raw house plus additional 1 flat. Raw house are sold with each 110 sq mts of land and not included in society. How much land should society aquire to justify 12th flat and retain fsi to be utilised in future. Can you please guide. As builder's says take land conveyance on 590 sq mtrs land.

In this case you can hire a good lawyer and make a check for all the documents. You can also make an agreement for the conveyance. Before going with anything legal you need to consult a good lawyer to avoid any kind of problems at the later stage.
