Land broker agreement for three months advance 5 lacs .time period expires now but he forced to registry but I want to not sell my property
If the land broker agreement was for three months and has expired, you are not legally bound to proceed with the sale. Unless the agreement explicitly mandates the sale, the broker cannot force you to register the property. If any advance was taken, check the terms regarding refund or forfeiture. If you face undue pressure, you may issue a legal notice asserting your rights, and in case of threats, you can seek police intervention. Let me know if you need assistance in drafting a legal notice.
