Father build a house in 1982 now after death of father and mother joint property division was mokhik batwara by father. Now one member construct room block air sunlight of another room .what to do

you have to file a suit for injunction and possedionbthey are blocking your easementary rights then the civil court will take cognizance of the suit Batwara by father and civil suit kindly see the suit content

contact kariye taaki sahi advice apko mil sake bahut sare remedy hai agar aap samne baitho tab aese kisi bhi case ki condition batana asan nhi hogaa aur ye nikal kar aap sampark kariye taaki apko sahi advice di jae taaki ap dahi tarike se apne kam ko kar ske otherwise apka hi nuksan hoga
