It is necessary to submit ocupancy certificate to registered a newly purchased flat at kaikhali area of north kolkatta in westbengal.if builder not giving cc for this then what legal action can be taken against builder although 90% payment completed.
for registration of flat, occupany certificate is not necessary at all but as per provisions of law, without occ certificate no one can reside in it. if the builder allows, he committs an offence. for further complete legal advice, meet me on payment of the fees to be decided before meeting
