Issue relating to car parking space in society

I have a flat in a society where the building has more than 30 flats of 1 BHK and 6 flat of 2 BHK. I own a 2 BHK flat and have rented out the same. All these years members and tenants used to park their vehicles as per their wish wherever they wish to in society premises. However now society has come up with proposal that the tenants will not be allowed to park the vehicles in the society premises. Here the issue is whether society can restrict parking for tenants ? Is it permissible under the provisions of relevant law ?

If you have booked Nd receive parking area with your flat then society can not stop your tenant for parking.
You simply send a notice and then a legal proceeding in dy. Registrar office in your area

Tenant is only a nominal member of the society and thus does not have parking rights. What is the ratio of the allotment of parking space in your society. whether each member has one parking slot ? If number of members are more and parking slots are less then decision of society would be correct. But, however, if each member has a particular parking area then you can challenge the decision of the society before the cooperative court. Simultaneously, if you have got flat along with parking area, for which you are paying separately to the Society then Society cannot question about it. First do one thing, kindly check your society by laws i.e. rules and regulations with respect to the car parking issue.
