If first property owner states to change the lock of flat to second owner as first owner is admitted in hospital. This entire statement of first owner is recorded & is this vedio recording valid statement in police & court
Yes, it is valid but all the statements whatever you ask in the the recording has to be infront of the registrar you have to appoint legally a lawyer or a registrar or a cop and take valid permission from the court before you produce that in the court where ypu will rely. Along with that there will also be 2 witness required, the said recording has to be documented and later signed with the witness as well.
