Is there any share of daughters and son in parent's property

Dear Sir/mam, Hum hindu bhramin family se hain or hum 4 bhai behan hain jis mai se ek bhai ki death ho gyi or uski wife ne bhai ki death k bad hum mai se kisi se koi link nhi rkha or sari property(house) jo ki hmare papa k nam hai,us mai hme aane nhi deti, or hmare parents ki death ho chuki hai,Hum 2 behne or ek bahi hai, hmara bhai handycap hai jo ab hmare (behno) k pas hi rhta hai. hum ghar jayein to bhabhi abuse krti hai, or uska khna hai sara ghar uske or uska ek beta hai dono k nam kr diya jay, kya hum 2 behno or mere handycap bhai ko property mai se kuch share mil skta hai? Please help us!
You, your sister and your brother are entitled for share in father's property and bhabhi can't ask you to leave as per the law of Hindu Succession Act. If the property was in your father's name and he has not transferred it to anyone during his lifetime then the property would be inherited by all his issues in equal share.
