Is property distributed on a non registered court stamp paper valid

my father are 8 brothers on which 2 are the son of the younger brother of my grand father .now 3 are alive.they all are staying separated over 45 years.and all the property were distributed mutually.now the elder son of my grandfather is dead,but his son file a suit on property saying all the property is formed by his father.but they distributed property mutually on a non registerted court stamp paper .and we all obey that paper .

In this case you can transfer the ownership of this flat through an agreement signed by both the buyer and seller. In this way you can save the money which you were supposed to give to the government as the stamp fees. The agreement should be made on the registered stamp paper
