Is NOC of family members required while selling a property?
16-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
I want to sell my house, It is on my name with registration. Loan is also deducted from my salary. My wife is a Govt. Servant and I have 2 kids, a married daughter and one 26 years old son who is not earning. Is it need to take NOC of my family members before selling this property ?
If the property is in your sole name then and your the only owner of it and it is your self acquired property then you don't need to seek a No objection Certificate from your family members. If it had been a joint property or ancestral then yes you would had to obtain NOC from the co owners of the property.
