Is it safe to take loan on property which under dispute

07-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
Iam intending to buy a property which has received occupation certificate and residents currently staying .A good number of residents have brought their flats via loan from reputed lending institutions . One of the leading lending institution have refused to finace this property citing pending legal case on title ownership. Should I invest in this when the project has got all approval from municipal body and is on verge of society formation ? Does the winner of legal battle have the right to evict people When they have allowed anyone from buying flats there ?

When there is a dispute over the title of the property is pending in the court then it is advised not to purchase such property.
To avoid any conflicts in future you should not purchase a disputed property.
