Is it legal to take non occupancy charge instead of maintenance charge


can a condominium charge 50% non occupancy charges on the total like water electric, development,sinking fund instead of only on maintenance charges?

If the person other than the owner of the flat is not staying then he has to pay the non occupancy charges not more than 10% of the maintenance charges are to be paid. Dont mix both the issues. Have u discussed with the Managing Committee of the society ?
