Is it legal to purchase agricultural land with registered GPA

Due to some typo issue in the Pani of the seller, Seller suggesting to pay 95% of the property price and get registered agreement and a GPA . once the Pani correction completed get it registered . is it safe to do ?

The some pahani issue should be looked into in order to certify it is legal or not. If you are purchasing it in Karnataka you should be aware of LRF problem and should see if you are eligible to do so.

Dear sir/madam, as per your query, you can enter into sale agreement for purchase agriculture land from GPA holder of that absolute owner subject to condition that will make absolute sale deed once correction of the Pahani done.
