Q1.Is it legal to cut and write or put fluid and write on stamp papers of partnership deed and then get attested by a notary?
Q2. Can someone make a partnership deed or agreement on some stamp papers with white papers between them?
This is my response to you:
1. The pages that were inserted should have been ledger papers;
2. The papers should contain signatures of all the partners;
3. Also it would have been better to make a supplementary deed;
4. Consult a local lawyer with full facts and then take legal steps.
