There are many other options available in the market and at a better price, then why you want to buy a flat where the building has received only part OC? If you still intend to buy then check upto which floor the OC is received and whether the flat you intend to purchase is at the floor that has received OC? Buy the flat only on the floor that has received OC and also only if you are getting at the best offer price as compare to the property available in the market. Else, do buy.

1. Firstly , OC means Occupancy Certificate that is You are occupied such premises for residential occupancy but not the whole flat completion.

2. Secondly , OC is important but CC means Completion Certificate is the most important part of completion proof document.

3. Both OC & CC is important , I think without CC you can not buy this .

4. If you sure & satisfy with the OC , all the relevant documents herewith that flat . Then you can buy without hesitation .

Thank You !
