Is grandson eligible to get grandfather's property while he is alive

hello sir . my grand father has 50 Cents Land property In Vijayawada , andhra Pradesh. My Grandfa Have Two Childrens , One is My Father ( Elder one ) & Other Is My Aunt . I am 25 Years Old . My Question Is , as a heir am i Eligible To Get His Property and is Really my aunt signature needed on documents ? my grandfather is also alive . she got married in 1989 .
Yes if you want to transfer whole of the property into your favor then, you will have to obtain relinquishment deed from every co-parcener. And in case your aunt is not ready to relinquish her share of the property then, you can file a partition suit claiming your share of the property.
