is aadhar required for foreign citizen with an OCI to sell off home

i am a german citizen with an valid oci and pan card and want to sell of my property in india bought in 1988. I was told that i would need an aadhar card to sell off my property in india. is this true and also wanted to ask what documents would i need to sell off my property in india.
hi, Felix here I can well understand your concern from the query raised, it would be sufficient to hold OCI card and a pan card, aadhaar is not required for the sale of land, however you will be needing a copies of title deeds, ec, property tax receipts, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications

Aadhar is not mandatory to sell your property. It is sufficient if you have your passport. Your identity card document with any prior title documents is good enough to sell your property.
