Is a sale deed agreement required between Father and daughter

Please intimate that whether a sale agreement is necessary before executing a sale deed of agriculture land for ₹4 lakh, between a father and his daughter in what manner this amount will be given & taken, in the office of sub registrar of Tehsil Bilaspur. If yes then please intimate in which manner the money will have to taken by father or will have to be given by daughter to his father.
Well it is your choice whether you wish to execute an agreement to sell before the actual sale or not. However if the payment has to be made in parts and at different stages then executing an agreement to sell would definitely be a better option. It is enough even if the agreement to sell is notarized only.
