Inheriting grandfather and father land. Please tell me how to proceed

We are muslim. My grandfather was owner of land in bihar and kolkata. He died about 50 years back without a will. My father owned few land given by my grandfather. My father died without a will. Along with my mother we are 4 brother and 6 sister. One sister died 10 years back. My mother got all lands transferred in her name with maybe consent of all brother and sisters excluding me and without my knowledge as i was in delhi for about 20 years. My family is in kolkata. Now my mother is constructing a house by demolishing our grandfather house by taking consent of my rest brothers and sisters. All sisters are married except one. Can my mother construct a house without my consent. Can shhe get the land trasferred in her name without my consent. Can i put a stay on construction. And can i appeal for my share in my grandfather and father land. What documents will be required to get my share.
