Indira Nagar Layout - Road handover to Panchayat President

We have one layout consisting of 20 plots and having 20 feet Road. We have to handover the "20 feet Road" through gift deed in favor of Panchayat. Originally the layout was promoted by my father and sold to 70% of plots to outsiders and 30% of plots retained within our family. My father was died during the year 2020. We are 4 legal heirs (my mother, myself, my sister and brother). I understand that 4 legal heirs should sign the gift deed.
Is Gift Deed should be signed by Panchayat President ?
Yes, all the surviving legal heirs have to execute the gift deed jointly in favour of the local panchayat. As it is a deed poll, it need not be signed by anyone representing the panchayat. Please be guided accordingly.
