increase in square feet area

24-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear Sir, On Jan 2013 I had a agreement signed from 2700 square feet with the builder in a gated community. Based on that I took house loan, and the Agreement papers are with the bank. Now the time has come for handover from the builder, the builder mentioned that additional 200 square feet has been increased due to additional room construction. So now the total square feet is 2900 sq.feet. Please advise as to how to amend the agreement papers to the new Area(2900sq.feet) Regards Raju

You can ask the bank to allow you to make the said corrections in the documents by filing an application to the Bank Manager.
