In Heritage House Issue can I represent myself in civil court

we have heritage house issue. i have all the required documents and information and how my uncle has transfer heritage house on his sole name without declaring my father in Pedigree or Family tree. i want to file case at civil court so my question is can i represent my self, i dont want to hire a lawyer, is there any procedure to do so.
