In Heritage House Issue can I represent myself in civil court

we have heritage house issue. i have all the required documents and information and how my uncle has transfer heritage house on his sole name without declaring my father in Pedigree or Family tree. i want to file case at civil court so my question is can i represent my self, i dont want to hire a lawyer, is there any procedure to do so.
Regarding representing yourself in the matter, you can file an application in the court regarding fighting the case yourself and giving reasons for the same.
