illigal construction of temple

Some people have constructed temple in society park; this park comes under Haryana Urben development association (HUDA or HSVP). They are using speakers and other religious activity in park. And that park is just in front of our house. We are very disturbed because of this. And they are not listening to anyone. Basically, they have ancroced the govt land for making temple. Pls suggest what to do.
