Illegally taking hakku patra of property

As per mentioned above the property means house belongs my late father, me and my brother's wife both have rights on that, but she took hakku patra in her name illegally, in this situation what I can do to make that hakku patra cancel,
you can file a case to set aside hakku patra before the jurisdictional civil court. Hakku Patra when taken for a property which was owned by a person who is ancestor to you, it is relevant to understand that everyone has rights in that property who are children of that person.
