Illegal tresspassing by neighbour and trying to build home

I have land which is registered in Gram panchayat record but don't have city survey number. Because of this neighbour doing tresspassing and building home. Land record is less than actual size of land.can I get stay on this tresspassing on Gram panchayat record details
