Illegal possession since 2013 by shopkeeper

Sir ek Malik ki dukan me ek admi dukan karta hai Malik ne dukan Khali karne Ko kaha to dukandar ne Malik ke khilaaf 2013 me case karke stay prapt kar liya , Malik ne 2015 me dukan property dealer Ko bech diya aur dealer ne hame bech diya,2017 me dukandar ne Dak se kiraya bheja jise humne wapas kar diya aur wakil sahab se mile to wakil sahab ne hame pratiwadi banaya fir dukandar ka 2018 me kirayedaari nirasta karaya aur 2022 me dukandar ka stay nirasta karaya ab unki mrityu ho gayi hai
someone is trespassing by setting up a shop where your shop is in 2013 you filed a case and obtained stay 2015 me in you sold the property to a property dealer obviously the shop tenant has to pay rent
