Illegal Possession of property by storing goods

23-Feb-2025 (In Property Law)
Just recently a Person has taken the possession by storing their business secondhand/new goods in my legally owned property in my absence. I don't know the person and have no relationship with them. I would like them to be evicted.

Send a legal notice to the trespasser, asserting your ownership and demanding immediate removal of their goods within a specified period. If they fail to comply, file a police complaint for trespassing, seeking their eviction. Simultaneously, initiate a civil suit for possession and injunction to prevent further unauthorized occupation. If urgent relief is needed, apply for a Stay Order, requesting court intervention and police assistance for eviction. Let me know if you need help.
