Illegal construction on public street

One of the Neighbors erecting Iron pipes & iron sheets on the public street in Andhra Pradesh. I gave many complaints to police department & MPDO also Revenue department. No one took action properly on this issue. Please let me know what I should do in this case. Thanks.
If officials have failed to act, you can file a Writ Petition (Mandamus) in the Andhra Pradesh High Court under Article 226, seeking directions to remove the encroachment and ensure public street access. Attach your prior complaints as evidence. Alternatively, you may also file a complaint with the District Collector or approach the Lokayukta for administrative inaction. If urgent relief is needed, seek a mandatory injunction in civil court against the encroacher.
