To address the issue of unauthorized constructions in Princeton Floors, Sector 51, Gurugram, you may consider the following steps: 1. File a Complaint with Local Authorities: Approach the Town and Country Planning Department or the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG). Highlight the unauthorized expansions and encroachments with details, including photographs or videos if possible. Request a site inspection and action against violators under the Haryana Building Code or relevant regulations. 2. Society-Level Resolution: Organize a meeting of the Resident Welfare Association (RWA). Pass a resolution to take legal action against unauthorized constructions and demand adherence to building norms. 3. Legal Notice to Violators: Issue a legal notice to residents violating the norms, asking them to remove unauthorized constructions or face legal consequences. 4. File a Civil Suit or PIL: If no action is taken, file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) or a civil suit in the relevant court for the removal of encroachments and restoration of open spaces. The court can order the municipal authority to enforce building regulations and penalize violators. 5. Raise Awareness: Create awareness among residents about the negative impact of unauthorized construction, including safety hazards, environmental concerns, and potential legal penalties. 6. Escalate to Regulatory Bodies: Escalate the matter to state-level or national-level regulatory authorities if local authorities fail to act. Let me know if you require assistance drafting complaints, legal notices, or a PIL.
