Illegal acquiring of paternal property,HUF

Hello. I belong to bhagalpur. my father has expired long ago. my mother and I live with my elder brother at railway residence. my grandfather(maternal) had given a part of his land property to my mother . he died in 2010 . we have paid the land tax but not all. we have the paper of property. but my maternal uncles are now being the villian. they have sold the rest of the land inherited to them by their father in wrong practices, and now they are planning to acquire our land.The problem is that the land has not been plotted properly and they are now saying that they will not provide us the space for a pathway. our property is landlocked. They are forcing us indirectly to sell the property at very low price or they will acquire it illegally. Right now we are not in position that we can build our home there but my only wish is to have a permanent home for my mother. we have no other place or property other than this. Please suggest what should we do.
