If property purchased by join mutual funds does grandson have share

Property was partitioned among my dad and 4 brothers Do partition suits have limitation or is it 12 years from date if knowledge, secondly if a property is purchased by NY grandmother using joint family funds do I as a grandson have a share, do I hsv to prove property was bought by my Granny using joint family funds ,grandmother along with my dad and 4 brothers constituted a huf

You will have a share if it is an ancestral property or joint hindu undivided property as a coparcener, so there is no limitation for filing a partition suit.
