If property has been gifted twice , who will me member of society?

If the property title is under dispute and the matter is sub judice, what will be its title status? Statusquo will be maintained right? An old lady firsted gifter the property to ger daughter and then to her son. She and her daughter have been occupying the said property for 10+ years. Who will be entitled to be the member of the cooperative society?

1. You can check with the sub registrar office;
2. You will have to enquire the last registered gift deed;
3. You will have to also obtain the pending court case;
