If original owner got open parking, will I also get the same ?

I am purchasing re-sale property in Kalyan (maharashtra). But i have an issue. The original deed between builder and seller (first owner) contains open parking with parking number, however it came to notice that it is stilt parking and property tax bill for parking is also received. so Should i mentioned stilt parking in my registration and sale deed or should i keep open as mentioned in original document.
I would suggest the following:
1. Make a 'Rectification Agreement' regarding the stilt parking with the seller;
2. Then execute a stamped agreement in respect of purchase of the stilt parking in addition to the sale deed.
3. Send a letter to the notice stating the correction of the parking from open to stilt.
