If original is lost we can create power of attorney with s attorney

Our land original parent document was lost can I register power of attorney with somebody is it possible

Yes. You can certainly register the power of attorney without original document. Sub registrar cannot deny registration on the ground that the original documents are not available. I suggest that you go ahead with the registration and get the document registered. In the event, the sub registrar refuses registration, you can always move the High Court to get the document registered, as it is the settled position of that the registrar cannot attend insist on production of original.
