If a NRI purchases a property in parent's name, do siblings have share in the property when parent passes away?

If you purchase the property in the name of your parents then the property becomes their property. After their demise the property will be divided equally amongst their legal heirs provided they expire without a Will Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.
