I was disowned from property,now father want to assign property in my
25-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
I was disowned from property by my father before 22 years,now how father want to assign his self made property in my name.
What are the possible different ways available as per indian hindu law
sir first the disown will be cancelled and after that after comolete transfer the property will be transfer in your name
for a valid transfer it should take place by a valid way
so its better valid and register transfer should be there
