i want to know if the general POA OF HDFC gives power to sell.

there is POA for hdfc bank loan . i have gone by the claws but want to make sure ,the person i give the POA cant sell the property.i want to attach the file format. please let me know where i can attach it.
This is my response to you:
1. Execute the POA in favour of a person;
2. Make a general POA, do not add sale related clause;
3. As long as you do not register the same, the same cannot be used for sale;
4. Consult a local lawyer, share details of the purpose of the POA and draft the same.
