I need to know how can take Separate OC for my flat?

Hi, I have question ragarding getting OC for purchased flat on individual basis. as builder has only succeeded in getting partly completion certificate for 4 G+7 bldg project. I have alrady taken possession of flat and like me 75% people in society are living there from last 2.5 years. I need to know how can take Separate OC for my flat?
In case you bought from a builder and did not get the OC or the CC, you need to issue a notice him to apply and handover the copy of the documents within one month period from the date of issue of your notice, Failing which, you can also get it via a consumer forum or by filing a writ petition.
