I Have Purchased A Property Stilt Parking Floor In Faridabad I Am Already in the possession and starting living there for almost 4 yrs I have POA from the builder . Now if I wanted to get the sale registered or refund the amt. Since got to know it's illegal property what can I do I have ATS photostate payment receipt signed by husband of property owner and partial payments chqs cleared from my account to the owner and husband of 2 nd owner ( partnership ) the owners are denying the signed documents in the court can anything done in this case suit of specific performance already filed in the court what are the chances to win.
infact, it seems that you might be have a good case under rera.
if i could have a look at the documents, I might be able to suggest better.
nevertheless, the point of signing or non signing of the documents would have to be meticulously presented before the courts for you to have good chances.
