I have been denied a Gift Deed. What are my legal options now
07-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
From 1978 to 2006 I was the breadwinner of my family. From 1978 to 1988 I was feeding my family(Parents & one younger sister) as a green grocer. We are two brothers & three sisters two elder sisters already settled in their family life and in the year 1980 my younger brother went away marrying a maid of our locality and he does not have any liability of his parents and sister. In 1988 I have a govt. job and after hearing the news he returned back and asked my mother to give him a small room for doing business and mother finally agreed. We belong HINDU FAMILY. In the year 2000 my father has died. I was the only member of my family who bears all the liabilities. In 2004 my mother has gifted her property in my name duly registered. Now my younger brother has forcefully occupied the property and I am out of that property. Please suggest me how I can get my property back ?
: In your case you can file an eviction petition against your brother with the help of an advocate and after analysing all the relevant document court will order for eviction. And also you can file a complaint at the local police station regarding the same and police will take the necessary action required
